How long will my extensions last?

Accepted Answer

Virgin bundles should last up to a year with proper upkeep.
 
Raw bundles at minimum should last two years. With proper upkeep your Raw bundles can last up to five years.

What products should I use for upkeep?

Accepted Answer

Virgin hair should be washed before install. It should be washed every two weeks. We suggest using a good quality sulfate free shampoo and a good quality conditioner.
 
For curly patterns, we suggest using leave in conditioner (Jane Carter solution products work great). After washing, put in leave in conditioner and scrunch your hair (for best results, DO NOT BLOW DRY). For on the go looks use a water spray bottle and leave in conditioner and scrunch for best results.
 
Raw Hair is High Maintenance! It is recommended to wash before install and every two weeks. Deep Conditioning should be done once a month or every two weeks if you apply heat every day. 
We recommend a good quality sulfate free shampoo and conditioner. (Kera Care, OGX)
 
Raw Hair will frizz- We recommend Garnier Frutis Clean & Shine Anti Frizz Serum
 
Raw Hair can experience heat damage so use a heat protectant spray/cream.

How many bundles do I need?

It depends on what length you would like. Anything from 14-20 inches we recommend three bundles. Anything from 22-30 inches we suggest four or more bundles.

What is virgin hair?

Virgin hair is chemically unprocessed human hair that is collected from multiple donors. The virgin hair is remy hair that has not been altered by dyes, perms, bleaches, or any harsh chemicals. Virgin hair has undergone steam processing to give it multiple hair patterns.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We currently have a NO REFUND Policy. If the hair is still in its original state (unraveled) then we will gladly exchange it for something more to your liking. If you experience any issues with the hair please email loveat1st.inch@gmail.com so we can resolve immediately.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship all orders through USPS. Once the order is received please allow up to two days to process. Once item is shipped allow 2-3 business days to arrive. Overall allow 5-7 business days to receive orders.

Raw hair is 100% unprocessed, unaltered human hair. Raw hair has never gone through any steam or chemical processing. One bundle is from one individual donor. Raw hair has three patterns: wavy, straight, and curly.
